Portglenone

Visit the scenic village of Portglenone to enjoy riverside walks, incredible biodiversity and countryside living, right on the banks of the River Bann. 

Moor up at the marina, which has a playground, parking, toilets, showers and a boat ramp. Visit Wild Duck Inn, an independent restaurant serving satisfying country cooking. Enjoy a cup of coffee at Blend and Brew, or take a short stroll across the River Bann to Golden Hill Chinese. A little further down you’ll find The Fisherman’s Walk, a 5.8 km circular trail along the banks of the River Bann. Or, take a half an hour walk from the village to Portglenone Forest Park, a beautiful woodland known for its spring bluebells.
