Waterways Ireland wishes to advise Masters of Vessels and waterway users on the Erne System of the following in relation to the operation of Portora lock gates over the Christmas period:
If the gates are still in operation next week the operating times are as follows:
• Tuesday 24th December – Opened at 8.00am to 16.40pm.
• Wednesday 25th December - Closed all day.
• Thursday 26th December - Opened 8am to 6pm.
• Friday 27th December - Opened 8am to 6pm.
• Saturday 28 December - Opened 8am to 6pm.
• Sunday 29th December - Opened 8am to 6pm.
• Monday 30th December – Normal Operating times 8.00am to 10.30pm.
• Tuesday 31th December – Normal operating times 8.00am to 10.30pm.
• Wednesday 1st January - Opened 8am to 6pm.
