Public consultation ran for 13 weeks from 22nd May until 18th August 2023, and is now closed.
Summary
Waterways Ireland has finalised its inaugural 10 Year Plan. The plan sets out Waterways Ireland's strategic vision, purpose, and values. It also provides a directional pathway for the organisation over the next 10 years.
Consultation Description
The development of the plan included an in-depth review of the current and potential future environment in which Waterways Ireland operates, ultimately with a view to delivering a clear and coherent 10 Year Long Term Plan and Implementation Roadmap.
Waterways Ireland invited interested parties to consider the strategic direction and priorities of the plan and to make a submission via a Public Consultation Feedback Form.
