Waterways Ireland is committed to achieving value for money when procuring goods, services and works that support the delivery of high-quality public services by conducting all procurement activities in a manner that is ethical, transparent, competitive, and accountable, securing Value for Money (VFM) and ensuring compliance with public-sector law and policy in both Ireland and Northern Ireland
