Waterways Ireland introduces Minister Ó Cuiv to Boat Trade at London International Boat Show

Waterways Ireland invited Minister Ó Cuiv to attend the recent London International Boat Show which took place at ExCel in the London Docklands in January.

At the show, Waterways Ireland Chief Executive John Martin showed Minister Ó Cuiv the Waterways Ireland exhibitions stand as well as the publications and DVD's used to promote the inland navigations.

Waterways Ireland attended the show in conjunction with cruiser and barge hire companies. The six companies included Manor House Marine, Silverline, Locaboat, Carrick Craft, Corraquil Cruising and Shannon Princess. Each company provided a boating holidays as a competition prize to entrants in competitions over the Boat Show and was successful in attracting a large number of people to the Waterways Ireland stand.
