To progress your application for the Right of Way, Waterways Ireland requires that you upload copies of the following information:

Property Registration Authority Land Registry compliant map – outlining in red Waterways Ireland’s boundaries, with the full extent of the right of way marked ‘X-Y’ and highlighted in yellow *

Certified copy of folio (with map) or certified copy of title deed (with map) showing land benefiting from Right of Way *

Are there any pipes for services or utilities in existence on Waterways Ireland property for which a grant is sought with this application? * YesNo

On receipt of this application, we will consult with Waterways Ireland’s Environment Section and Operations Division.

The applicant will be liable for Waterways Ireland’s costs in executing appropriate easement document if approved, as well as any stamp duty and registration fees payable.

In addition, Waterways Ireland will require to be indemnified against all claims arising from the use of the right of way.
