Please Confirm I/We hereby indemnify Waterways Ireland, its servants and agents in full from and against any loss, damages, proceedings and costs incurred by, or taken against Waterways Ireland as a result of my negligent acts, or breach, or those of any person authorised by me, through my holding of a Permit for use of any of the Navigations under Waterways Ireland’s remit (excluding any loss caused negligently or deliberately by Waterways Ireland its servants and agents).
