Dean Hall becomes first man to swim the longest river in Ireland, the Shannon

A massive congratulations to Dean Hall who today completed his bid to become the FIRST person in history to SWIM the entire length of the River Shannon, Ireland's longest river!

Dean began his swim at the top of Lough Allen and competed his epic journey at Custom House Quay, Co. Limerick on the 7th of July. In total he swam 150 miles in 26 days to

with Charles Lawn, the Inspectorate of Navigation along with his daughter Brie who accompanied him along the way by kayak! All for a good cause as well as Dean is raising money for the Childhood Cancer Foundation. You can support him here:
