Waterways Ireland Events Programme (formerly called the Sponsorship Programme) supports communities and organisations that require assistance to run events along waterways managed by Waterways Ireland. Support can be operational, promotional and/or financial.
The Event Programme is open to applications from the 5th December 2016 - 17th January 2017. This is an online application process and includes all the steps in the standard approval process below, with the additional option of operational, financial and/or marketing support.

The programme is currently closed to new applications. Applications received by the 17 January 2017 are being assessed and applicants should expect to be notified by the end of March 2017.
