If access is required across Waterways Ireland’s property to undertake works such as site investigations eg trial hole, sampling to determine soil conditions or works which are temporary and short term in nature please complete the application form and send it along with the accompanying documentation and the administration fee to the appropriate Operations office.

An insurance checking form will also have to be completed by the Insurer/Broker for the contactor/person seeking access to Waterways Ireland property.  Please state the name of the Waterways Ireland Engineer to whom you submitted the application for access and the location of the works being undertaken when returning the insurance checking form.
